A lil' bit a umph, umph

The difference between try and triumph is just a little umph!

That's my mantra for right now. Well I've modified it to the title of this post: "A lil bit a umph, umph!" I'm gonna see if I can put a little bit more umph each week. Still struggling. No exercise this week. No healthy guidelines. Have a food log with random WW points. Gonna find some umph for next week!

    serving of curry channa and potato
    6 oz hot chocolate (no milk)

    1 kiss cake
    1 bag cheese curls--3
    3/4 cup fried split peas
    4 oz soda--2
    12 oz guava juice

    Tuesday
    2 slices toast--3
    pak choi
    1/4 serving veggie chicken with tomatoes
    16 oz sprite--4
    1/4 penny cool
    2 servings mac and cheese
    2 servings baked beans
    serving corn--2

    Wednesday
    serving mac and cheese
    1/2 serving baked beans
    mixed vegetables
    16 oz sprite--4
    3 slices of toast and cheese
    serving and a 1/2 coconut bake
    1tbsp peanut butter
    1/2 serving fries (baked)
