2008 Milestones: 2nd Quarter (Apr - Jun)

For Milestone 2, I will focus on "lifestyle goals" vs weight goals.
Exercise: Exercise with trainers 4x/wk and on own 1x/wk
Diet: Diet To Go
Mind/Body: Daily Devotions/Meditation
Accountability: Journal foods daily, blog weekly, be honest with trainer about diet.

Thanks for the push. I modified 'em a bit...trying to gauge how hardcore I need to be about food. I figure I'll add one intervention at a time until the scale starts moving in the right direction :)
