Hallelujah! Maintained this week -- still 210. Thank God! Still not on track, still dodging my trainer but joined Jenny Craig as a crisis management strategy.
This week:
1. Eat Jenny Craig approved foods
2. Exercise 3x
3. Track foods eaten
4. Focus on mind training -- to return to "on" mode.
