Ginger: Nauseous

I was so nauseous in BodyPump today. As in I had to leave the room (during the last high energy track) and take a break. I don't think I've ever done that before. Maybe I shouldn't have skipped out on Friday's class? Maybe I need to get back to cardio and build up my endurance? Maybe I shouldn't have pushed that hard on the first track? Maybe I'm coming down with something? (Nooooo!)

It was weird.

Did you drink enough water? How are you feeling today?

Hmmm....(moving past other dramatic causes for nausea)... I know I've had some light headed reactions when doing a carido workout if I haven't been consuming enough water and also if it's kinda close to the next meal time. Usually if I have a little snack before working out and keeping the water bottle nearby, it helps.

On another note, it wouldn't hurt to start popping the Airborne, Ziacam and Echinacea, right??

Hey! How are you feeling now? I've had that happen before too - i had low blood sugar due to not eating and was working hard (way above my target heart zone).

Thanks. It took a little while but I'm feeling better. I'll try to up the cardio in between classes and look into an early AM snack. Hope the next workout is less dramatic :-)
