Posh: 5th week over

I'm focused on getting to the end of this challenge. My body and the scale seem to be doing their own thing. It's been frustrating, 'cause they didn't send me a memo, but I'm on to them now. So I'm gonna keep doing what I'm doing-- focusing on doing the WOW challenge. And work towards food adjustments. Want to try a few pre-planned meals this week that helps me get in the recommended fruits and veggies for the day. Will do measurements and body fat every two weeks, so next week i'll include those on my post also.
