Posh: Nearing the end

Can't believe the challenge has only a few weeks left!
Just discovered a new, great work out: Pilates Burn and Firm
Has a fat burning pace, but so gentle on the joints...muscles don't feel as messed up after but you can feel the after effects of a good workout .... Includes fat burning pace, strength and stretching...about 50 minutes long...

I think it's great that Rodrigo commented but it's a shame I don't know what it says.
Anyway, congrats with the progress. I think you deserve to win the challenge.
