Was it a post vacation thing? Glad to hear that this week was better than last. I've wanted to read Battlefield. Maybe I'll join you...

You mean the Nos or the 5lb lost?
Bouncing back from being off routine, body adjusting i think.

Trainer recommended it when i described the struggles i've had the last 6 weeks being stuck.
