Ginger: Help Needed


I'm looking for a new strength training routine to add to the mix. Right now I'm alternating between BodyPump classes and the Body-for-LIFE weight training plan.

Any ideas?

2 cool ones that you can do either at home or at the gym are:
1. Core secrets - total body on a stability ball (let me know if you want a copy of the flash cards). 25 min and 45 min options

2. Buff Brides - on the ww website if you do a search it pulls up the 12 week routine

Oh you can also check the ww fitness center and there are a couple routines
