(+3) MOVE: 2 cardio workouts. YES-5 workouts.
(+1) DRINK: 32 oz water a day. NO-5 days.
(+1) SLEEP. Get to bed by 10 pm. NO-1 day.
Upped the ante on all targets (compared to last "bottom line" update). Go WOW. Still struggling with the bedtime target. At least I made it on one night :-)
