Sporty: Week 24/Month 6 07/26/07

Time certainly does fly! 6 months of trying to build healthy habits. Many lessons learned and re-learned! Key lessons: Have a specific goal, Break big goals into mini-goals so I don't get overwhelmed, Plan your day the night before, Track/Journal, Never forget God, Remember that it is 80% diet, 10% exercise and 100% attitude, Give and ask for support. Goals for the next 3 months: Lose 10% of my body wt (21 lb),Exercise 5x/wk, Journal foods daily, Stay within pts and Develop a strategy to deal with emotional eating.

Here are my 6 month stats:


Last week:
Last week went well for a first week back. Had 5 days on 2 days off. Lost 6lbs due to initial water loss.


Next week:
1. Stay within daily pts 5/7.
2. Earn Maximum WOW pts
3. Plan foods the night before
4. Journal all foods
