I am actually glad this challenge has begun. I've been dodging my personal trainer, forgotten how to get to the gym and I live on take out. How quickly old habits resurface. All is not lost but I have to "catch it now" (Gained 3 lbs this week).
For this challenge my weight loss goal is 9lbs (i.e. total of 35lbs).
Let the WOW games begin! WE CAN DO THIS!!
Goals for this week:
1. Earn maximum WOW points
2. Journal all foods
3. Stay within points
