Ginger: The Bottom Line [June 28-July 11]

(+3) EAT: "5 a day" + vegan. NO -0 "5 a day" + 3 vegan.
(+2) STOP: Eat meals + snacks before 8pm. NO -3.
(+1) LIFT: 2 strength training workouts. NO -1.
(+1) MOVE: 2 cardio workouts. YES -2.
(NC) DRINK: 32 oz water a day. NO -4.
(-1) SLEEP. Get to bed by 10 pm. NO -0.

Things are looking up. I didn't get to 5-7 days on the "stop" target but it's moving in the right direction. The numbers in parentheses show positive/negative change compared to last week.
