Sporty: Staying Energized

Anyone interested in a mini-challenge? Totally basic, non-stressful.

If yes, ideas?

Yes -I'm interested. Sorry that I didn't see this earlier in the week.

Here's one idea. We did a WOW challenge at the Y that was pretty basic. We met every week and kept a running total of our "points" for 5 different things:

Strength Training
Cardio Exercise
Mind/Body Exercise
Food Diary
Weekly check in

At the end of the challenge, we also got points for inches and pounds lost. The winner and runner up (Mimi!) won a prize.

If anyone's interested, I can do a post with details and we can start up. Also open to other ideas...

This sounds good. Focusing on things that I want to consistently do. I would love to see a post with the details.

I thought about all kinds of mini-challenges but gave me the "too much" effort feeling. I'll have to save those after I have alot more success built in.

I want to feel relaxed yet challenged.
