Ginger: And the winner is...SPORTY
If you've been watching our WOW Challenge, you'll know that Sporty left everyone in the dust for the first two weeks. Despite a valiant last ditch effort in Week 3, I was unable to close the gap. Once again, Sporty's consistent effort has paid off.

Ginger you totally ROCK! Week 3 was awesome - all that exercise - amazing. The food log was the only thing that tipped the scale.
What's next? Team effort to "walk 10,000 miles" or team effort "100 hours of exercise"?
Thanks! I didn't want to go down without a fight. Ha ha. I'm a little scared -but intrigued- by 100 hours of exercise. How does it work? Sure, let's rally the gang and do it :-)
I was thinking that since exercise is on everyone's radar we could set a date by which "we" complete 100 hours or whatever number we determine of exercise time. Then we all get some kind of prize.
Exercise types:cardio, strength, pilates, yoga and stretching.
We would log each time and have some kind of graphic that moves to show our progress.
Maybe 100 hours in 60 days. 90 mins/wk per person. my math is off but something like that.
Maybe that's overwhelming?
Congrats Sporty, and you too, Ginger, for sticking it out. I must say my name up there with zeros was sad there.
I'm game for anything right now, so whatever the team wants, I'm in. I'm excited for the next WOW challenge now. :)
I'll be in for any simple competitions...
